Vannetta S. Moody, aka VS Moody, is from the heart of Lakewood Heights of Atlanta. Born to a Father who was a real estate agent and teacher and a mother who was a banker, VS realized at an early age that real estate and financial accounting were going to be a central focus of her life. As a graduate of Fort Valley State University with a major in Accounting, VS sought to make a difference in the world one Asset at a time. VS started her real estate career at the age of 23 years old working for R. James Properties, Inc as a bookkeeper, eventually being promoted to Assistant Controller in the Accounting department. VS has over 16 years of experience in Property Management and Accounting for various multifamily communities in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. VS also is a new sales agent in the Commercial Sales division of Apollo Associates Reality and is sitting for her CPA exam. VS is very much the GPS of Atlanta! “I know how to get everywhere!” VS is a true crime fanatic and a Contemporary Jazz and 80s and 90s R&B music connoisseur. Some of her favorites are Anita Baker, Freddie Jackson, Norman Brown, and Paul Hardcastle. VS also loves to travel, play pool, and try a new beer at local breweries. VS has 3 CatKids, Vita, Muppie, and Smuckie who she loves dearly!
